Every so often along comes a speaker who completely changes my perspective with regard to what constitutes a master when it comes to the art of public speaking. I’m delighted to say that Danny Beran is such a person.  I was privileged to be in the audience to witness his presentation at City Swap on June 8, 2006 and clearly from the outset he was in full command seducing us with his guile, charm, wit, panache and verbal fluency.  Never before have I noticed such a profound effect on the Swap Audience. Suffice it to say that we are still deliberating his brilliance. I cannot wait to be in the audience to hear Danny’s next presentation and I can thoroughly recommend him to anyone wishing to hire a speaker of he highest calibre. `Masters’ Presentation for CPA Australia

Dr Danny Beran presented in NSW on 12 August 2011 as part of CPA Australia’s `Master’ series.  Master series are for those transitioning in their careers or in retirement, these events connect professionals over 50 who are committed to staying abreast of business issues, life-long learning and the sharing of knowledge.     

For this particular lunch we had 40 attendees come hear Dr Beran present on `The ingredients to sustainable health’. This important presentation focused on providing attendees with an insight into some powerful life lessons on how to live longer and how does one enjoy the lives we have worked so hard to build?

Dr Beran presented the information in an engaging way with the use of humour and real-life examples.  We have an online evaluation mechanism which is sent to all attendees, the key rating criteria is: 5 = Excellent; 4 = Very Good; 3 = Average; 2 = Fair; 1 = Poor.  As a benchmark, CPA Australia targets an average rating of 4.2 for each category evaluated.    This score takes into account elements like the presenters’ knowledge of the subject matter, their presentation skills and content.    

The evaluation summary is as follows:

Knowledge of subject matter:        4.5
Content:                                      4.2

Dr Beran was an absolute pleasure to work with, I highly recommend him as a speaker and I personally look forward to working with him again in the future.
